Refund policy
Performance demands intention. So does ownership.
Return window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Eligibility
Eligible for full refund:
- Full-price apparel in original condition
- Items with manufacturing defects (lifetime construction guarantee, no time limit)
Store credit only:
- Numbered pieces (001/100 series). Returnable for store credit within 14 days, not eligible for monetary refund
Final sale. Not eligible for return:
- Items marked final sale
- Sale or archive drops
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Process Email info@aethonperformance.com with your order number. We'll issue a prepaid return label within 48 hours.
Shipping AETHON covers return shipping within Canada and the United States. We provide a prepaid label with every return authorization.
Refunds Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are refunded on full-price returns. Store credit for numbered pieces is issued within 48 hours of inspection and does not expire.
International orders Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable. Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges Size exchanges are available within the 14-day window, subject to stock. Given our drop-based inventory, we cannot guarantee replacements in all sizes. AETHON covers shipping both ways on exchanges.
Defects Manufacturing defects are covered without time limit. Send photos to info@aethonperformance.com and we'll resolve it.
